Rob and Kyle have gone above and beyond! I purchased a fire pit and there was a small problem with it. I supplied photos and within days the fire pit was picked up from my home in Stouffville, taken to their supplier and I was called the same day to let me know that they were going to replace it, have it assembled and deliver it to my home within a week! I’m so happy that I was able to get it replaced because I absolutely love it! It looks great on my deck- great to have on cool evenings. I can only tell you that I have never experienced this kind of exceptional customer service, ever!!! I absolutely love shopping there, always find unique and beautiful things for my home. Too bad it’s a bit out of my way, but I always make a point of shopping whenever I’m in the area for dinner or a day out. Thank you! Thank you!!

New chair we received is fine, and delivery efficient. We have a similar chair from Moss received as a gift last year. The bolt attaching the seat to that frame is loose. The delivery boy tried, but could not tighten it, so we sit down very carefully. Disappointed that it could not be repaired.

Honestly I saw the mug I wanted on Tiktok and I LOVE supporting small businesses so I went on an internet hunt, found Moss store and from there finding the mug was super easy, and I found a cute bee mug too. Checkout was smooth, delivery was quick, mugs are SUPER - great experience all around!
