Amazing place for holiday gifts!!

Perfect wine bottle add-ons. I bought little note cards and small scented candles with crystals in the wax. I placed them in chiffon gift bags and hung each over bottles of wine. They made great little gifts for those unexpected guests that pop in over the holidays.

Staff at Moss are absolutely amazing! They excel in customer service and go above and beyond to make things right!! I ordered an item on-line that was delivered and it was not exactly the item I ordered. Rob and Kyle made sure that the exact item would be delivered the very next day and do not expect the item I that I received to be returned. back. I live in Stouffville so it's not exactly a few miles away. I did not expect this and they continue to surprise me with their service. Their customer service is exceptional not to say the least . I shop at Moss regularly. I get their Amaryllis every year for my mom, not to mention all their fun stocking stuffers.

The filling is not down. Rather, it’s filled with scratchy feathers with spines. I ordered from you specifically to get the Algonquin map pillow with down filling as advertised.

It was here well before I expected it to be.
