I ordered 2 oil filters, first time shopper at the site. . . 3 months later after multiple inquiries on my order through your website I get an email saying the parts shipped. Well thanks for letting me know. Maybe the parts will be great but your customer service isn't. Back to the dealer I go.

Again, received the wrong part. Still waiting on refund.
