Pros: 1. Received in 3 days as promised. 2. Easy to assemble 3. Same performance as my previous weber spirit 4. Reasonably priced 5. Perfect for my patio. 6. The glass front is a beauty Cons: 1 door is a little misaligned. Need to lift lightly to close to not scratch the base. I think i need a washer to elevate a little. 2. The fuel hose could have been longer to easily accomodate the gas gauge i installed.

The old tray put up
The old tray put up with a lot. Hanging out on the deck through several winters, catching the drippings of countless steaks, hotdogs, burgers, and let’s face it, being neglected. It finally rusted out. But the rest of the grill is still in great shape. Have you seen what they want for a new one? The beauty of the Monument is that the tray is replaceable. Now the grill is back in action. The grease cup hardware was a little tricky to salvage, and I had to tinfoil the old rotten tray for six months while it was on back order, but it was worth the wait. Thanks for getting me the right size after sending the wrong one. The mark of a quality product is that you can repair it. I was skeptical after junking many sturdy looking grills after only a year or two of use, but Monument turned out to be a good investment. Recommend.

Grills are a tricky purchase.
Grills are a tricky purchase. Tbe good ones are very expensive and the cheap ones are bland and dont last long. This grill appears to be well made and I expect it to have a similar longevity to a Weber. Time will tell. But its definitely at a better price point than the comparable Weber What I can say for certain is that I love all the little additions. The led lights on the knobs was a must have for me, as I've too frequently left my burners running only to rralize I'm out of propane the following week. The flat grill inset was perfect for toasting hamburger buns and the thermostat with bluetooth makes it easy to keep an eye on my temps when I'm in the kitchen prepareing the sides. I'm loving it so far.
