Great customer service and unique items I couldn’t find anywhere else!

This was the only place I could find a Pixar bag strap. I tried to do a chat with customer service but to no avail, its essentially like emailing they will reply when they see it. I wanted to ask the dimensions of the strap and with only 1 available I just purchased it. It is a good width but it is not long enough for my liking. Even open all the way it sits a little high on me but otherwise it is a nice strap.

We did end up getting our product in the time frame that was stated on the website, but I tried to communicate with Mom's Milk on both Facebook and via email and I was not responded to in either case, except by the automatic response on Facebook. Product is just as described, but would have liked my questions answered.

USPS really goofed and the response time from the MMB team was fast and professional. I wish they would have resent the order out to be a little faster (almost 2 weeks to receive something is rough) but it all worked out.
