My item was sold out everywhere but I found it here! Shipped quickly and packages well.

Only received 1 of the 2 items I ordered. After finally 3 weeks of no notice from the company, I had to reach out to see why I hadn’t received my item. Only to get a refund and no response at all.

The delivery was fast and product prices were great. My only concern was the packaging for shipment was not done well (not in an appropriate size box, not taped well) but everything arrived undamaged. I will shop here again in the future.

My original order was pirated by someone. I sent a picture to customer service and they began a claim right away and promptly replaced my order. I appreciated how quickly and easily the process went.

Purchased a new release hard to find Tonie. Package kept getting stuck in transit and bouncing around. I reached out to them to put in a claim with the post office so it would get delivered. All I was told was they would keep watch. Finally after it got an hour away from my house, it got rerouted again and they sent out another one which I received. I waited 2 weeks for this.
