Aside from missing some needed hardware for my mailbox, great mailbox!

I only had one issue. The sublimed front was not included when I received the mailbox. I contracted customer service right away and they got back to me. I wish they offered me something like more numbers for the inconvenience but they just told me I can order more online but I am having a hard time finding out how to order white ones since it’s not an option.

I have sent three separate emails with questions, but have yet to receive a reply. It's been months, so I've given up

Excellent product and great customer service.

It took a while to finally receive the mailbox.

The order process was fine but the shipping time and status weren't accurate. For more than a week, the status said shipping label was created and awaiting pickup by carrier. Then the box arrived about 2 weeks after order but I was never notified of the correct expected arrival day.

Only received half of my order. I emailed about the issue before the holidays and haven’t heard back. I do like the product I feel they are expensive and since I only received half of my order they are VERY expensive.

We are pleased with our Post and Porch mailbox. It is contemporary in appearance. We received many compliments on this new mailbox.
