Quality is good, product is good. . . But I didn't realize you need to order the post separately!! Pictures are misleading!!

I’m still shaking with anger at how frustrating dealing with this company has been. The shipping took six weeks and only was sent out from the company when I finally sent my third email stating that if they did not ship it right away, I would cancel my order and expect my money back. Guess what they shipped it the next day. When it arrived, there was no flag. There were zero instructions unless you went online - those were very cursory. I’m disappointed that the numbers are magnets. I guess I didn’t read that. And there’s no way to contact customer service in the immediate. You have to send an email. The first response you get is a do not reply. It even says if you email them again, your email will go to the bottom of their response list. I don’t think I’ve ever had such difficulty with customer service or disappointment which really angers me because spending this kind of money on a mailbox is definitely a splurge and an indulgence for me and I’m feeling like a fool.

This is a great mailbox. It is both attractive and functional and I am very pleased with it.

We love our modern mailbox with the magnet feature for the numbers and the closure. We get compliments all the time!

We LOVE our new mailbox. It looks just like the pictures online. I would like to have had the option for a much longer post. We live on a country road and the snow plows are not kind to mailboxes. If we were able to sink about five feet of metal post underground (and below frost line of 3 feet) it would probably be nearly indestructible. Other than that, ways to provide lighting so it was more visible on a dark road would be awesome.

Purchased and installation was easy on clap board siding. Tip - align the box to the proud/most projecting points of the siding makes the box flat. Looks great with our holiday spray and plan to swap out for each season.
