I bought a sweater for my daughter's birthday. Then, without any warning from ModCloth, DHL texted me that I could not receive it unless I paid them a tariff of approximately $50. I thought it was a scam until my daughter's sweater did not arrive on time. Sorry, but I consider $89 for a sweater high in and of itself. Adding another $50 for a tariff was ridiculous. If it had not been for my daughter specifically asking for that sweater, I would have refused to pay the tariff. So, unfortunately, I will not be buying from ModCloth again. I could have gotten her 3 nice sweaters for that price, here. I am aware that ModCloth has nothing to do with tariffs, however, the business is going to lose customers in USA.

ModCloth has been a go-to for good quality fashion for years now. Customer service has always been great but this last time it’s e-mail only for assistance and the responses felt curt and impersonal. Just not what my experience has been in the past that keeps me coming back as a customer. I wanted to exchange an item but almost my entire order showed “final sale” which they were not. This was fixed and I was able to get the size I wanted but the process was tedious

I had to pay an extra $57 in tariffs because some items are shipped from Australia. Not ordering again.

I LOVE their clothes. My only complaints are shipping time (which I know isn't completely in their control) and item quality. I've received a few items where the threads have come loose or ripped off completely, altering how the garment fits or looks. It's frustrating because I LOVE these clothes and receive compliments all the time. I truly hope they improve their quality standards, especially with how expensive they are, because I do love their clothes!

Never again - my order sat at DHL for two weeks.

I was so disappointed to learn that points expire. . I had over 1400 points that apparently expired in July (it's now September). I think that's awful. I deleted the clothes in my cart and left the site.

Absolutely love these jeans! But be forewarned I wear a 6 and bought a 12 and they fit great. They are also very long but look great w heels!

I love ModCloth. They have the best Halloween clothing that I can find online. It is quality first although the sizing does vary between brands so I’m always careful to read the reviews. Hurray for ModCloth!

Dress was beautiful, shipping quick, but sizing was way off.

I ordered some items in July. I only received the entire correct order in September. The delivery service they contracted spent a month going to the address I have put down and returning to their distribution center every day without delivering the package. I had to call them to ask what the issue is and tell them yes the address is correct. When I finally got that package, it turns out Modcloth sent me the wrong item and in the wrong size entirely and I had to reach out to Modcloth to get them to deliver the right thing. I then had to go through the same “watching their courier service fail to deliver to the address and return to their facility for several weeks” performance and had to call them again to confirm the address is correct. Modcloth needs to pick a different delivery service cause this was just a bad experience. Two stars for at least correcting the wrong item immediately.

Return was simple, no hassle.
