Love the look of buffet and ease of construction. Instructions are easy to follow. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately item had damage on 5 panels. Customer service was prompt to send out new panels, however they too were damaged and of a totally different colour. We decided to go with a Mocka cot for our second baby, and the functionality of it is absolutely fantastic. It is very easy to build, with easy to read instructions and all tools provided. It looks beautiful in our babes room, cannot wait to see the little man in it! Shipping was relatively quick, the shipping service did not contact me though upon delivery so the cot sat out the front all day as no one knocked, and I did not receive a message/email etc.
