The baby rocker is amazing. Great quality and Bub loves it

After assembling the Round and Around spinning toy and using it only a few times, it is clearly not functioning properly. After a few spins, it becomes extremely tight, difficult to turn, and makes a creaking sound. I contacted Mocka customer support over a week ago regarding this faulty product and have received no response whatsoever. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the complete lack of customer service.

This was a birthday present for my daughter. We sealed it with a marine grade seal before putting it together and have stored it undercover. After 2 x uses one of the 'hotplates' warped and came unglued from the base. Poor quality and disappointing 😞

I purchased a Mocka teepee for my Daughter for Christmas - such a lovely, quality product. Very quick & easy to assemble on Christmas Day so she could use it straight away! Sturdy structure, good quality fabric and a great colour (especially good to break up the girly pink room). Would highly recommend.

Ordered a king single bed frame and mattress(Imogen king single bed frame + mattress) for my son’s birthday. We assembled the bed frame and it was missing one slat. I emailed them and they sent another but I asked for it to be expedited/expressed as his birthday was really soon and it was their error and they said they didn’t have that option and it took another two weeks to get one slat to us! Mattress is hard as a rock also and we are currently looking into getting a new one after only a few weeks.

Simple to put together, and seem to be excellent quality

Bedside table works well. Putting together was fine for someone who knows. Didn’t use the legs didn’t want the height

I had to wait a bit for my unit, but it was well worth the wait 👍

Unfortunately, we purchased a product from Mocka that arrived incomplete. After a bad ordeal with the shipping, I was trying to find out when it was arriving and dealing with a bad courier. When it finally arrived, we started building to find out that a major panel was not in the box. The next poor experience was dealing with the support team, unhelpful and unavailable. The chat line just wants to get you off and refer you back to emails. My partner wont write this review so i am doing it on her behalf.
