I received it promptly, and liked it so much, that I called to order my sister one, and she had it 2 days later! The staff went all out to help me with the correct sizing and picking a card for her over the phone.

Shipping was quick ended up having to send it back for a bigger size and it was super easy!

I firstly had a package issue, & you were no help. I was able to find it somehow ended up with my husband in the garage. However a response back would have been wonderful. Secondly, they broke on my first wear, & I still haven’t heard from anyone regarding how to get this fixed. I’m sure I’ll have to do that myself too. Horrible experience and so far horrible company.
