I purchased a pair of Roper tooled shoes. On one of the shoes, the leather in the tooled areas was sticking up on the entire top of the shoe. The shoe was completely ruined. I emailed Millbrook because I wanted another shoe. Their first response was very quick. They asked for pictures, which I provided. I did not receive a response. I followed up, and I still received no response. By then, my 30-day window was too close for me to return the shoes -- it would have cost too much to overnight the shoes, so now they are in the trash.
