Horrible customer experience. The company would not honor a deal they advertised on their own website. Getting a refund and returning the product were a complete headache. It truly felt like this company does not care at all about the customer experience I refused to do business with companies that advertise falsely or do not honor their own advertisements.

The Mill was expediently shipped directly to my home. Set up was easy. The Mill senses when there are scraps in the bucket and automatically begins recycling the scraps at the time I programed it to do so.
