R. City picked up our bucket and left a new one. We also got a free bag of produce from a local farm. The arugula was awesome!!!

No regrets. Everything works great, just as promised, and the ongoing support is awesome. The only drawback is the price, both of the unit and filter. But amortized out over the length of time you will use it, we gelt it was well worth it.

So far it works very well! Saving all my grounds to add to the garden next summer.
