The seat belt guide works exactly as displayed. I purchased intending to protect the seat material from eventual wear from friction of the seatbelt. Im learning that this concern should be minimal as I dont find the seatbelt does all that much damage to the seat. The seatbelt itself does not like to go through the guide flat and often folds and twists through the guide as you extend the seatbelt.

Ordered. . . . . delivered. . . . installed. . . . & working perfectly! iStop is now defaulted off when vehicle is started - you can then turn it "on" as desired! Shame on Mazda (& other manufactures) for getting this wrong! Thanks to Mikstore for getting it right!
