Great blades. Hold an edge, with blade geometry I have found no where else. Blades when in need of sharpening are sharper then other knives I have used out of the box. Shipped fast and packaged well.

I have had a set of Saladmaster knives for decades that have still going strong, but a bit worn. I added a couple Made-In knives, but they're just OK. The Messermeister O. T. Prep knife is by far superior to all the knives I have. It's the sharpest and most ergonomic in my hand. I haven't reached for another knife since it arrived a few weeks ago! And having a magnetic knife you can be assured the finger-salute is always visible! Just saying. . .
