I am so darn glad Chef Olivia Tiedemann mentioned this company during a special promotion. I've purchased a lot of kitchen cutlery thinking I have a "knife for life. " It turned out they had design flaws that no consumer should ever have to consider before making the purchase. Messermeister clearly considers a knife's function far more thoroughly before putting it into production!

The knives are the real deal, not only do they still offer the classics but to offer up new lines as often as they do keeps them in the number one spot within knifemakers of their caliber. I suggest everyone to invest in themselves by purchasing a quality knife that will make your job that much easier to do. Pick a nice one, you deserve it. . :)
