Great communication when I had an issue with my custom knife handle being scratched. Wrong handle was sent at first, but it was quickly remedied. Other products arrived in great condition. Overall it was a good experience, and im very pleased with the quality of Messermeister. Look forward to other purchases in the future.

I love the knives, they are perfect! Easy to use, feels good in the hand and very sharp. The magnetic block is aesthetically pleasing but not as strong as I expected, however it does the job.
