Menopause took me by surprise. At 53 years old it probably should not have, but I was not expecting so many annoying symptoms. In fact, I looked forward to no period. Hot flases might be nice after a lifetime of being cold when others were comfortable. Well it didn't and is not going as I imagined. Feeling hungry all the time led to rapid weight gain. I developed insomnia, hot flashes that do not feel warm and cozy BTW, slow forgetful brain, and very low energy. The period just got weird and intercourse hurt. Menolabs products are amazing. have lost 3 pounds and it helps a whole lot with menopause but for me can't take it every day due to my body makeup but I do take it every other day.

MenoLabs is a Good product, bought this for my mom. Helps alleviate her symptoms of menopause. However, in my last shipment I received only 45 of the 60 capsules it’s supposed to contain so I’d recommend counting them. Other than that this is the only product she’s tried that has actually made a difference.

I have to say that MenoLabs - Menofit has helped me wit hot flashes during the day and at night. This is my third month buying this menoLabs product.
