My wife had been using these as an alternative to the more harsh sleep aids out there. She seems to sleep comfortably with this and hasn’t noted anything bad on her end. I admit that I was a little nervous when I first looked at the bottle of this sleep aid from MenoLabs. It looks more as if people could be packing the capsules into bottles at their kitchen table, as opposed to a pristine facility. But there is a safety seal over the top, so perhaps it was just a wrong impression. Very pleased that magnesium is part of the formulation. Magnesium helps not only with sleep but also with my restless legs. It even has tryptophan, the same chemical that makes you sleepy after a big turkey dinner. Two capsules have 5 mg of melatonin, which is a tried-and-true sleep-inducing agent, for me at least. And 5 mg is my preferred dose, so that works out well. I take the two capsules, and get very relaxed to the point of being able to sleep in about half an hour to 45 minutes. And here's the best part. If you suffer from racing thoughts, like I do, please know that it helped in that area for me. So I hope very much if that's your issue, that it helps for you as well, because when you're trying to sleep and your thoughts start going into overtime, it's no fun.

I'm the worst sleeper and can't get to sleep or stay asleep. I do both with this sleep product from MenoLabs. I think it's the combination of ingredients I respond to versus a single such a just melatonin.

After trying many things , this supplement from MenoLabs worked. It just that now I have many dreams(not nightmares)

I like that it worked the first night I used it but it wasn’t consistent. Then I tracked what I ate/drank and it makes a big difference. Works great if I’m not eating right before bed and when I haven’t had alcohol. MenoLabs is making some great products!

As with anything, your mileage may vary. I was a little dubious that this would work as advertised. I've had some luck with Klova and Som, but not anything consistent. "Well Rested" is (knock on wood) working wonderfully for me. I have numerous health issues and the general stress of, you know, everything, has been exacerbating things. This product manages to soothe that surface level night time anxiety for me and drift off to slumberland. Is it a placebo effect? Possibly. Am I willing to continue using this because, for me, it does what the label claims? Yes. I am. I will order it again. Thank you MenoLabs for a good product.
