Works great and no bloating ,gas or cramping which is in my opinion is worth the price alone. Only down side is that it doesn't dissolve well in cold beverages. So I just put it in hot ones. Thank you MenoLabs for a great product.

I have using well rested from menolabs for the past few weeks. It really helps me fall asleep and keeps me asleep. I did not want to wake up the following morning. But once up I am a little groggy but that eventually fades and I’m fine.

I have been taking Well Rested from Menolabs around 45mins before I plan on going to bed and they sure do help me fall asleep! They also do not make me feel groggy in The morning I feel normal and it’s really been helping me get the rest I need.
