Works great and no bloating ,gas or cramping which is in my opinion is worth the price alone. Only down side is that it doesn't dissolve well in cold beverages. So I just put it in hot ones. Thank you MenoLabs for a great product.

I took two last night about an hour before bed. I never felt groggy, I just fell asleep, stayed asleep and woke up feeling really fresh. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This is going to be my go-to for my insomnia. Thank you MenoLabs!

I admit that I was a little nervous when I first looked at the bottle of this sleep aid from MenoLabs. It looks more as if people could be packing the capsules into bottles at their kitchen table, as opposed to a pristine facility. But there is a safety seal over the top, so perhaps it was just a wrong impression. Very pleased that magnesium is part of the formulation. Magnesium helps not only with sleep but also with my restless legs. It even has tryptophan, the same chemical that makes you sleepy after a big turkey dinner. Two capsules have 5 mg of melatonin, which is a tried-and-true sleep-inducing agent, for me at least. And 5 mg is my preferred dose, so that works out well. I take the two capsules, and get very relaxed to the point of being able to sleep in about half an hour to 45 minutes. And here's the best part. If you suffer from racing thoughts, like I do, please know that it helped in that area for me. So I hope very much if that's your issue, that it helps for you as well, because when you're trying to sleep and your thoughts start going into overtime, it's no fun.
