Excellent product. No shipping problems.

Everything came in on time. As I was informed it would.

I have always had a good experience with Medic Alert. It's unfortunate that this bracelet is useless for me.

Service is always helpful!! Love the discount sales! Free shipping would be grand too!

Charging $19. 95 for postage is unheard of in this day and age. Medic Alert, however, has done a really good job of updating it's user data and taken advantage of all the new technology.

Wonderful . . . I've worked with MedicAlert before and I'm happy to be back part of it again

Works great. Nice and compact

Happy with the product and process with one exception. Of the primary reasons I purchased a new MedicAlert is my extremely rare blood type…1. 5% of people worldwide. Your system refuses to let me report that.

Great company

Good products and able to enter much information that should be helpful to emergency responders.

Great! Thank you!

It came even faster than I had been told. Very satisfied with my experience with MedicAlert

Fast shipping, engraving was done accurately and looks to be pretty durable.

Shipping costs Dee reasonable and the bracelet was received in a timely fashion. Lifting was quick and easy. With my ever increasing medical issues the QR bracelet is ideal for me.

I love the medic alert bracelet! Ordering was easy and shipping was fast! Thanks for a great product! You all are great!

Complications in order. I had not added blood thinner at that time but your system added it. And there is no way to check the order after it is placed: can't check size, style, inscription. Only can check that an order was placed.

Ordering was smooth and accurate.

The order was filled fast. Was pleased with it.

Great customer service. Easy to order.

Like I said, been with you for almost four decades because it provides a higher level of peace of mind & confidence. Wish I could afford more sophisticated stuff, but cannot.
