You also have to keep information up to date though. If you have any questions about submitting information the people at Medic Alert are very friendly and helpful.

Great organization. My MedicAlert bracelet fell off and I immediately ordered another when I couldn't find it. Someone found my bracelet that fell off and sent it in to MedicAlert, who then sent me my new bracelet and the returned one with a new wrist strap! Grateful for this organization!

Charging $19. 95 for postage is unheard of in this day and age. Medic Alert, however, has done a really good job of updating it's user data and taken advantage of all the new technology.

Happy with the product and process with one exception. Of the primary reasons I purchased a new MedicAlert is my extremely rare blood type…1. 5% of people worldwide. Your system refuses to let me report that.
