I accidentally ordered my bracelet with the wrong length for the chain. I returned it and asked that they resize the bracelet, and they did so at no charge. Great customer service.

The Medic Alert bracelet is more stylish than the standard medic alert bracelet available for purchase in local drug stores. The bracelet is easy to put on and take off; however, it would have been nice for some directions included in the mailing package, as opposed to having to search the Internet for directions.
