Great service. There is a large selection of necklaces and bracelets at different prices to fit all budgets. Other products are available too. Ordering and shipping is very easy and fast. All your medical info is there for you to update whenever needed so you don,t have to purchase any new engraved items. I'm glad I came back after not renewing foe many years.

I have been a member for a long time and even though I had a large one there still wasn't room for more information. This QR code is going to make it easier. You also have to keep information up to date though. If you have any questions about submitting information the people at Medic Alert are very friendly and helpful.

Great organization. My MedicAlert bracelet fell off and I immediately ordered another when I couldn't find it. Someone found my bracelet that fell off and sent it in to MedicAlert, who then sent me my new bracelet and the returned one with a new wrist strap! Grateful for this organization!

Charging $19. 95 for postage is unheard of in this day and age. Medic Alert, however, has done a really good job of updating it's user data and taken advantage of all the new technology.
