Service was excellent. Telephone support was effective, the online profile was easy to complete and the bracelet arrived here in Hawaii in only four days! I would have rated this at five stars if someone had done a better job designing the chain and clasp part of the bracelet.

Overall I appreciate this service. Some of the changes in the products & claps on the bracelets have left me a bit frustrated.
