I had such a hard time getting these. I ordered them and got an email they were shipped and three weeks later I still didn't have them. I called and was assure they would be delivered soon. I never received so called again and was told would need to be ordered again. What a mess.

Shipping nightmare. 5 stars for customer service efforts to fix the problem. Replacement product sent overnight at no charge, however, incorrect product. Almost 4 weeks later and still have not received original order.
