The last order was all shipped at the same time but the delivery Co. only delivered part of the order on a Friday late and not all of it was together then by the following Tuesday received the rest of it. They deliver Late in the day. When you look up the tracking # it doesn't say what the item is.

High Quality Therapy Supplies, Website Needs Improvement
The supplies I receive from Performance Health are always high quality. In the rare occasions that the products are damaged or below standards, custom service does a great job of refunding or replacing items. Unfortunately, the website and mobile site needs significant improvement, as it is not easy to navigate and not intuitive or user friendly. The previous website prior to the name change was much better. Also, when the new website was launched, all users were required to create new logins and passwords.
