The Dado rails took about 8 days to arrive but the mouldings were about 3 weeks, this held our project up, 5 to 7 days delivery is not realistic, I think the products are made to order, also the Dado rails come very rough and need a good sanding down before painting, some were a bit warped as well.

Dave was very accommodating when I needed to switch from a 22mm to an 18mm thickness skirt and architrave. The delivery is very expensive, though.

Very poorly manufactured it looked like it was primed in a very dusty room as there were lumps and bumps all over it I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a better quality product.

Great customer service. Quality was also very good. Had the mouldings primed which made painting easy. Longer lengths for the dado rail meant we could get longer pieces without having to dovetail two pieces. 3m lengths handier to manoeuvre for cutting though. Really pleased with the results.
