Ace product, ace service

I’ve used MR before and had no issues but this experience was awful. Boards are old, tired and look like they've been sitting in an outside yard for years. Even the support when complaining was nonexistent

Great product. Impossible to source elsewhere. Quick delivery with a well packaged order meant that despite the fragility of MDF, the order arrived undamaged. Couldn't ask for a better service.

A length arrived damaged, I reported it and responded with how many were needing replacing. The next and only correspondence I have had was an email saying I hope it is resolved, still waiting for replacement over two weeks now.

The Dado rails took about 8 days to arrive but the mouldings were about 3 weeks, this held our project up, 5 to 7 days delivery is not realistic, I think the products are made to order, also the Dado rails come very rough and need a good sanding down before painting, some were a bit warped as well.
