Great service and good quality materials

Terrible customer service. I ordered 4 flexible moulding kits instead of 8 by mistake. When my builder realised the gap, I tried to re-order on the website a week later and was quoted a 70% increase in price for the same model. I called the service team flagging what I thought was a website technical problem. The person on the phone was dismissive and blamed the sudden steep increase due to Trump tariffs which was affecting all supplies coming from Hungary including all flexible mouldings. Having checked the website post the call, I noticed that the increase had instead only been applied to the initial model I purchased and no other flexible moulding models. Customer service is really poor, no proper investigation of customers’ concern, dismissive staff and taking customer for idiots. I bought from them due to requiring the supply urgently but would advise new customers to stay away from this merchant.

Poor finish on the skirting and Architrave. Paid to be primed and it all needs to be sanded. Its like 80 grit if paper. Extra cost for the decorator coming. Contact and no one came back to me

Pretty good service. However, some items arrived damaged. I have tried to contact Mr Mouldings however, I have had no response at all.

Sofa was delivered on time as promised by DFS, The delivery team communicated delivery 15 minutes prior to arriving at my home. The chair was assembled and packaging removed before the team moved on to the next delivery

Some of the boards were damaged when package was opened but these were at the ends. For a DIYer these are quite difficult to fit. Longer lengths require two people and the cornice is a lot heavier and less flexible than plaster coving. On the plus side, there were a couple of small ins/outs (10mm) that I needed to get around and the rigid nature of the board made these cuts up. Now it is finished, filled and painted, it looks lovely.

Product & delivery both excellent

The finish of this product was mediocre at best, both in terms of the way it was cut and how it was primed. Moreover, I had to call twice to hustle them along to ensure it was delivered within the indicated delivery frame. Would think twice about using MR again.

Strips were completely different wood tones so cannot be positioned together as planned. I have requested a refund but no one has responded to me. Product is good quality but difference in colour is too much

Not very good will not buy anything off you

There was a slight mix up when I went to collect my order but they dealt with the issue well and arranged delivery the next day. When it turned up the order was of great quality.

Ace product, ace service

I’ve used MR before and had no issues but this experience was awful. Boards are old, tired and look like they've been sitting in an outside yard for years. Even the support when complaining was nonexistent

Great product. Impossible to source elsewhere. Quick delivery with a well packaged order meant that despite the fragility of MDF, the order arrived undamaged. Couldn't ask for a better service.
