Gave the engine serial number. Was quoted a price on a head. Got with my customer and sold the job. Then was informed that they made a mistake the head would cost $1,000 more and was offered no resolution.

Product is great people are great just would be good if responce time on email was better and if the invoice system was better.

The picture of the thermostat in the online I did not look anything like the one that was sent. It appears to fit and we are trying to use it anyway.

Shipped a different manufacturer than advertised then when called out, promised to "upgrade" at no extra charge. Second shipment was an even cheaper product than the first bait and switch. No specs available on the China product they claim as "equal". Offered to refund but didn't include the freight I paid for the first round of fraud.

You had the part I needed without making an upgrade to my customer's engine that would have cost twice as much. Justin is/was very knowledgeable regarding your inventory and what you were/are able to supply us with. Thanks for your help. I will be back in the future.
