When getting quote we specifically asked for gasket mounting kit, we were told kit came with part. Waited 3 days for part to arrive and with no gaskets, now it’s been another 6 working days and still no gaskets.

I purchased an injection pump from M&D in San Antonio Tx. After installing it on the unit the unit started to smoke and run rough eventually turning off. I called M&D and the guy that answer the phone connected me to the shop manager Joe. Joe asked me to return the pump for inspection. Upon arrival I asked to speak to Joe. after explaining everything to him, he showed professionalism and urgency to solve my problem and called Johny one of the techs in the shop to come up to the front and talk to me. Johnny showed concern for the issue I was having and immediately took the injection pump to the shop for inspection. It wasn't long before he diagnoses and repair the problem. It ended up being a timing issue that happened while installing the pump. Great group of guys, knowledgeable and professionals.

Service was great! Ordering was easy to do customer service rep was clearing concise. Shipping was fantastic I believe it only took two days through UPS. Pricing was great very competitive. However very disappointed with Packaging there was no popcorn or packaging material the paper gasket was torn up because it was underneath the part.
