Promised core refund, never came…
So far the VP44 is installed and working. However, I returned the core the same day of the installation via FedEx so to get the $600 credit off my auto pay credit card before it came out of my checking account. I never received the $600 credit. Send a email with no response, then called and customer service verified the return was received on the 2nd stating refund would be processed in the next few days as their core manager was out for a few days, and it would definitely be refunded before my closing date the 10th. That never happened. I’m now going to be out the $600 core charge as my credit card gets automatically paid in full from my account this week.
