They did send replacements but didn't not respond with quality of exposed hardware vs picture online.

Shipping was ok. A few boards came with some broken pieces, but we managed to still used them as is. The instructions were a mess to follow since it was a bit of a mix and match. A simple label system with maybe numbering the boxes would have been helpful. And only one set of instructions with the full build would have been great! We were also missing some hardware. We didn’t reach out to the company because we needed them quickly to be able to finish putting the beds together so we just bought the missing hardware ourselves.

Shipping was a nightmare. They rescheduled 3 times. Packaging for this product is poor. Many pieces came dented, cracked, or chipped.

Every time I order for Maxtrix the order is shipped quickly and everything arrives fast. Assembly directions are easy to follow and everything is easy to assemble. Great quality and beautiful products that last.

Shipping was kind of a nightmare, mainly because there’s such a shortage of drivers. Other than that, great product. My daughter loves her new bed! Quality of the dresser could be better.

Product quality is excellent but I have nothing good to say about their third party shipper. There were several problems with delivery dates and they were impossible to contact by phone and their website wasn’t working for scheduling.
