Decided to buy a twin size loft, bed convertible to a regular twin. If they decide they don’t like the loft was skeptical at first about some of the negative reviews, however, went ahead and purchased it came quicker than expected. There was only one box that was dented in but no damage to any of the wood, it is a very sturdy real wood bed. The kids are extremely happy with it and we’re a part of helping my husband and I put it together. It took us five hours, but that included taking a daybed down and moving all the stuff out of the room, we opted for the real wood Look, it is gorgeous very sturdy as my husband and I have both gotten up there. Very proud of this bed would highly recommend great price point and I did extensive research on this company as well as real wood furniture companies, Amish furniture all wanted $2000 plus thought about making one myself there’s no way I would’ve been able to , make one as good as this one is put together extremely satisfied. I was glad my husband was able to figure out some of the instructions for the brackets definitely takes two people to put it together.

Good service

The bed is good quality but the directions for putting it together were terrible. None of the directions were actually for the bed we purchased. We had to piecemeal them together and just figure it out on our own. I've put many pieces of furniture, grills, tv brackets, etc. together and these directions were the worst. Confusing and incomplete.

Everything was smooth, we got all of the boxes that we need at the same time and we were able to build the bunk bed in a single afternoon with two people.

Great beds. Wonderful service and delivery. Would like more clear directions with more words and not just pictures.

Shipping company was slow. Maxtrix customer service was helpful. Shout out to Christian, who fielded my calls when the scheduling link did not work and the bed did not move from a warehouse in the midwest for a month.

I was very skeptical at first, after buying a whole bedroom set from another company that gave off too much horrible formaldehyde smell, that this furniture might also. It did not. Quality furniture, would recommend.

As I mentioned one of the slats was broken upon delivery. I got it sorted out but getting in touch with the company wasn’t easy. Also the delivery company was less than professional.

Pleased with the purchase. Our product was on back order for a couple months, and we didn't receive any communication during that time. But we inquired, and when we got it as promote, everything was as it was supposed to be.

Came sooner than expected

I had a good experience with Maxtrix! The wait time from ordering my product to receiving my order was kind of long (I think it was around 5 weeks or so), but in the end it was worth the wait! The parts that came already assembled were in good condition, and the parts that needed assembly were relatively easy to assemble and came with understandable instructions. Overall happy with my experience! Would recommend to others!

The delivery was fine, only two boxes of the headers that came open, but there was no problem with that. I think everything is fine.
