We dealt with Alex, Peter, and Oleg. Alex sold us a Temperpedic Temper Align body conforming pressure relief mattress that is outstanding. Alex gave us a fantastic price, matching a competitor with two king wool pillows. Peter followed up with delivery details. Oleg and his assistant delivered the enormous, very heavy mattress up a flight of stairs. They removed the packaging, positioned the mattress, and took away all the packaging materials, leaving no mess. This was a great experience from beginning to end. The sales team (Alex) was knowledgeable, confidence inspiring, and honest. Everyone was polite and professional. The quality of this mattress will, no doubt, offer a long life. But, when needed again, we'll look no further than this team.
