It’s Carrie Smith, not Gerald Smith who was the purchaser. The delivery guys were terrific, professional,polite and did exactly what we wanted, the mattress came in a cardboard box and inside in plastic. I appreciated that. I would have liked a copy of the receipt and warranty upon delivery

It was a pleasant no pressure experience. You could freely walk around and lie on all the beds for as long as you wanted without a salesperson hovering although they were available and willing to answer all your questions. The bed I ordered came in the allotted time frame but unfortunately it is not as soft as the floor model. Not sure if I chose wrong or it is just a matter of breaking it in so my highly anticipated sleep has not been as comfy as I hoped. You definitely need a very soft mattress if your a side sleeper to allow your hip and shoulder to sink in and this does not but it is advertised as soft and recommended for side sleepers

We bought 2 Kingsdown Van Pelt Luxury Firm mattresses from the Dundas St. E. location in Mississauga and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Alex and Andrew are very knowledgeable about their products, and have a very refreshing, soft sell approach. ie. They were not hovering around us like the salesmen at other mattress stores, and offered knowledge and advice only when asked. The mattresses were made and delivered exactly when they said they would. The delivery guys brought up the new mattresses, replaced them on the beds, and took the old mattresses to the curb free of charge. We just couldn't ask for better service.
