I had dealt with Sleep Country and they did not line me up with a mattress that was best for my sleeping habits and the pressure was overwhelming. It was a nightmare. Matressville is a no pressure, customer care company that puts a lot of effort into helping the customer to find the best mattress for individual needs. I absolutely love my mattress and no longer wake up in pain. I drove one hour to the showroom and it was well worth every bit of the extra time needed for my purchasing decision. I sincerely love this company.

We purchased a Marshall Huron mattress at Mattressville (Dundas store) and are very happy with the overall service. The salesperson, Andrew, was knowledgeable, explained the features of various of various models, allowed us to test them out with zero sales pressure. Although delivery took three 3 weeks, the setup went smoothly - they carefully removed our old mattress and installed the new properly. Highly recommend Mattressville!

I had an excellent experience with Mattressville, and I want to especially recognize Alex for his outstanding customer care, responsiveness, and follow-through. My mattress purchase went smoothly and was handled professionally from start to finish. When there was some additional coordination needed for the box spring, Alex stayed engaged throughout and made sure everything was resolved correctly, including confirming SKU and model details so I could feel confident I was receiving the right foundation. There was a bit of confusion around branding (with Kluft and Marshall being under the same umbrella), and the foundation arrived slightly lower than expected. It’s a small detail, but something worth noting for anyone planning bedding fit. What stood out most was the company’s clear commitment to customer satisfaction and doing things properly, even when it requires extra attention. That level of care and integrity is not something you see everywhere. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Mattressville, and I’m grateful for the professionalism and support throughout the entire experience.
