I used to be a Mash&Grape club member. Had a wonderful experience. This time, I ordered three bottles of gin for a bday gift. I can’t believe it’s been nearly a month since I placed the order (2/25) and I have yet to receive all the bottles. Only one has arrived. I have no idea the status of the rest. I get no updates. The only communications I have received lately assume that my full order has arrived. The communications surrounding my order has been lacking and confusing at best. The way you all procure products seems like such a mess. You should know that it’s a frustrating experience on the consumer end.

Shipping this time not so great. Seal on stopper of one of two bottles of mezcal was loose and contents had leaked out.

Took over two months and several email exchanges to see any movement on the subscription box service and by the time the first one was ready, I was already canceling altogether.

it took about a month and a half to get my product, the communication was not good just keep telling me it's on its way not sure how they where able to use a ups # that does not exist. I will look for product closer to home next time.

I placed this order in November intending it to be a Christmas gift but the first bottle isn’t arriving in February. Even worse, there was no proactive communication from the company about these delays. I reached out to them to find out what was happening.

I got this for my husband as a gift. I was super excited for him to get his first bottle. He did, and his review of the bourbon was..."it's ok". He also said it wouldn't be a bottle he would gift. I was very disappointed.
