Slow to ship. Unhelpful customer service. Had I known that the item would be shipped by Liquor Barn I would have ordered directly from them which is what I'll do for future orders. .

Love the Rieger’s products but why they continue to use you to ship and distribute is a mystery to me. A MONTH since I placed my order? Ridiculous. I should have it in a week, two weeks max. I picked “Okay” because the product is “Great” but your service is “Terrible”. An “A” and “F” averages to a “C” …. . or “Okay”

It took too long to ship. Was supose to ship within three business days but took six days to sip plus seven days to arrive. Our family vissited this distillery while we were in Ireland in May and I was planning to suprise them while they visited us last week with this whisky. TOO LATE

This company has turned into a joke. Save your money and go somewhere else. I ordered a client gift May 30th from Mash & Grape. They are nothing more than a middle man. The order was placed 3 weeks before it needed to be delivered and as of June 16th, it has still not arrived. I ordered from Mash & Grape, communicated with someone from Flaviar and the shipping was done through FedEx. The order never arrived. This site has gone completely down hill over the last few years, The logistics are impossible to figure out and all you get is a canned email response. Go somewhere else to order your spirits. Either spirits for you or for someone else. This company isn’t worth the hassle or dealing with the “customer service”.

Ordered product ahead of a special event. Process was easy, although their could be a confirmation of card info. I did not see that and needed to make sure that the card I was inserting was actually with the gift. No gift option available other than card. Having said that, again, process went well and delivery was well within time for event.

I live in Florida but have daughters in Texas, and every time I visit I always buy a bottle are two. My last visit I ordered four Bottles from Mash & Grape and received them so quickly here in Florida. I Love the taste and can now share with my friends here.
