I live in Florida but have daughters in Texas, and every time I visit I always buy a bottle are two. My last visit I ordered four Bottles from Mash & Grape and received them so quickly here in Florida. I Love the taste and can now share with my friends here.

They shipping container they used for the bottles was great. Shipping was supper fast.

Horrible service. Slow and unresponsive. Ordered 3 bottles of common bourbon and my order sat for over a month. Had to eventually contact the distributor myself to get it shipped (after cancelling twice).

I understand you can mess up orders. I ordered 10 items. Received 2. I contacted them and was told they want pictures of the box, the bottles received and the packing slip. Thinking it was just being shipped in multiple boxes I had thrown away the slip and the box. I duh through two trash bags at the street to be picked up and never found the packing slip. I took a picture of the box and two bottles. I am now panicked that I don’t have all the proof. I feel as though any other company that has made this error, reviews their own documents, scans, talks to employees and figures this out for you. After spending over $350, you’d think the pressure wouldn’t be on the customer. I still have no idea if they will give me the items they didn’t send me. 8 bottles. It’s a lot. Planned to make signature drinks for my sisters big birthday with her favorite liquors. Now I’m waiting to see how I can possibly PROVE a negative. That’s all.

Ridiculously delayed shipping. I will never order from Mash and Grape again

I placed an order on 12/30/2024 and it is still showing as “Pending Confirmation” on 1/8/2025. There doesn’t seem to be any way to call them or cancel the order.

Put $200+ items in my cart but was being charged $44 shipping instead of $14. 99. No response regarding shipping cost for 5 days from chat questions. Removed items and purchased a gift certificate instead. No way to send gift certificate to recipient on purchase—instead it came to me with a note to forward the email if it was a gift (seriously???). After 5 days, received an unhelpful response via email. There are other liquor vendors. I won’t be ordering from here again.
