Very impressed with my first dealings with Masai online (would usually buy in local department store but very limited selection). Ordering was easy and delivery very fast. Easy to make returns - I don't like having to do this but took a punt on size selection and got it wrong!

I already have a medium size of these trousers that fit perfectly, I ordered another size medium but they seem smaller than previous ones, luckily I have lost weight but still quite neat on the bum area. I'm keeping them and hoping they will give a little the more times I wear them.

I have been waiting a week and still haven't received my dress

My new knit is exactly as described on the website and just as I imagined. Very comfortable and stylish and will be perfect for wearing to fly this November. I love the beige and black mix, very different and, I think, very chic.

This is the 2nd one of these dresses I bought recently - ( first was from Fenwicks Colchester ) I liked it so much! However when I wore it on holiday as I got into the car the seam at the top of one of the pleats on the back tore slightly. I’ve tried to mend it but feel disappointed and I ALWAYS love my Masai clothes! Glad to have the chance to tell you.

Seven days on I still do not have my large Masai order. Worse still when I ring customer care not only can they not tell me where it is they can’t tell me when they will be able to. And they don’t see it as there problem - APPALING
