Absolutely beautiful Poncho. The colours are true to the picture online. Lots of room and waterproof ready for winter days. I don’t like thick jackets so a few basic light layers and Poncho are perfect. The length is also brilliant so all in all a great purchase.

The trousers were made of lovely material but unfortunately I have had to return them as they were too big. Perhaps in future a smaller option would be good.

Love the fit and fabric excellent value

Not sure if I have the name of the top right but I think near enough! It is black with a flower motif outlined in sparkles! Material is lovely quality and the motif is nice! But although it’s oversized it really is very very big! I have sent it back and ordered a smaller size! It’s a lovely garment and will last as long as you want it to as it’s real quality!

I'm afraid I had to return the items I had ordered as they were much wider than I expected. However, I have never come across an easier returns system, so 'well done' Masai.

These trousers are lovely they are black with an off white large polka dot pattern. They have an elastic waist which makes them very comfortable. I'm only 5'2" so am going to have them taken up so I don't trip over. Can't wait to be able to wear them.

Great style and quality but sadly customer service lets Matsai down . I ordered a coat online , loved it, but wished to exchange for a smaller size . I was externally disappointed and frustrated that Masai do not offer a size exchange service as part of their returns policy. Sorry Masai but I won’t be using your online order service again.
