Great customer service. Had the bat engraved with my son’s name. Engraving machine was down or an I. T. issue with the software used for engraving or something like that. This was only explained after I ordered my bat with express shipping. Customer service explained well, applied common sense and logic to my situation and retained me as a satisfied customer. . although I was initially frustrated in the process. The people working for Marucci are baseball people and more importantly, good people.

The color was fantastic. Customize is must do. Get creative as you can. I would go with the Matte paint so it’s easier to grab. I don’t recommend the lizard skin because it’s just cheap plastic that you’re paying for it. Go to your dicks, sporting goods and get the old school medical grip tape
