Like the custom bat I got. Marucci NEVER sent any kind of communication or confirmation of shipment. Had to ask. With being considered a top tier brand. You’d think the shipping and ordering process would be automatic and efficient. It’s probably the worst system of any manufacturer out there. That’s not knocking the folks who are working getting stuff out. They have to deal with this system too and I feel bad for them. My bat (Victus) is disgusting! The sweet spot is a chefs kiss and my batting gloves are also nice. I’d give 5 stars for quality. But you get 2 for how awful your ordering and shipping process is. Hopefully that sends a message to the higher ups to actually fix things for both customers and employees.

The item says shipped but never received it. UPS said they don’t know where it is. I haven’t gotten a refund from them still. Went to order another one and I couldn’t because it was only for Mother’s Day

I requested the engraving exclude anything other than what I requested. I asked for the additional words to not be engraved on the bat. I don’t have it in front of me, but it is something like “engraved for…”. I asked to not engrave that, they acknowledged my request and did it anyway. I didn’t realize the date of order wohld be stamped on the bat. I would have requested a special date or ordered on. Special date. I paid for a rush order but the bar was not completed within the promised timeframe

Customer service was great by replacing the pair of batting gloves however it seems to be a quality control issue.

Purchased this glove for my son, who is currently in 8U. Glove is a reach for him, but with his obsession of the game, we have worn out 2 Wilson A450s and another cheaper Marucci in less than a year. He was constantly complaining of hurting his palm or fingers because of the worn out gloves. This glove will solve his issue. The break in process is lengthy, but its finally to a point where he can use it, and he loves it. Once the glove is broken in, it'll clearly last him years. I will need another glove myself, we will buy another M Type for myself.
