Got my first slingshot a little bit ago I was a tad confused on sizing and got a size to small but its STILL pretty awesome apparently I was pushing incorrectly this helped my posture keeps the bar pretty level and I went from normally pressing 165 t0 205 same amounts of sets and reps can’t wait to get the right size!

Bought the slingshot to help train form with new lifters. Really helps overload and get comfortable with higher weights

For over 18 months I’ve been training around a torn labrum and my right shoulder. The same labrum was specifically repaired over 15 years ago with five screws. I am not on the market for a shoulder replacement therefore been dealing with it. I finally broke down and bought the original slingshot. I’ve had two bench sessions now, with absolutely no shoulder pain. I only incline barbell press and utilize dumbbells on a flat bench week a week I push 245 to 255 for three or four reps. Always dealing with pain. This past Monday 6 sets of 3’s @ 255 absolutely no pain whatsoever amen. i’m looking forward to getting back up into the low to mid 300s on incline thank you.

Initially ordered the XL. Couldn’t get them over my forearms. Immediately reached out and requested to swap for a larger size and was surprised at how seamless and easy the process was. Quickly too. I’ve used them sleeves 3x now and love them.

While it took a little bit to get to me due to shipping issues North of the border I absolutely LOVE my slingshot. I am in my early 60s and still very active. A lifetime of athletic injuries left me struggling to really be able to push my workouts like I wanted to. Wow what a difference. It has allowed me to push well past my previous limits but more importantly the pain I used to experience was almost completely gone. If you're considering this I HIGHLY recommend it.
