I'm currently 61 years old. I was forced to quit lifting 13 years ago, due to wrist and shoulder pain while lifting. Surgery took care of the wrist pain. . . and now, the slingshot has taken care of my shoulder pain. I'm not one to get overly excited about things. . . . but this product is beyond amazing. I started lifting again 3 month ago, and haven't had any pain whatsoever while benching. Your product has given me new life, by allowing me to get back to doing what I love. I have been using a pair of the Strong Elbow Sleeves for 2weeks. I am completely satisfied with them. I use them for all of my pressing lifts. I am 70 years old and my elbows have never felt better after a heavy pressing workout. I would recommend them to anyone. I also use the slingshot to train up to 10% over on my bench days.

I have tried a zillion protein powders. I got gas from whey protein so I had to switch to beef. I’ve tried a zillion beef protein powders! If you are a chocolate lover, this is the best. No aftertaste no chalky taste no fake sweetener taste ~it’s the best chocolate flavor around🎉

Received the original slingshot large I usually bench 225 put on the sling and adventure it even easier put on 245 did a few reps no problem at all

Outstanding product extremely supportive but not overly supportive where you feel like that is doing the work for you I specifically use them for squatting however they are very good for any other type of leg work that you are doing or if you have any type of knee issues as they allow you need to work properly but protect it with stability

The slingshot is worth every penny! Not only does it help me with my heavy lifts but it also keeps me in proper form to prevent injury! Which at my age it's very important! They work fine. They don’t have the spring board affect like it does for chest, but they’re OK.

This is my 3rd product from Mark Bell. These knee sleeves are awesome! Going to order my wife a pair soon!

I'm a 72 year old competitive powerlifter. Weigh 155 and a bench of 200. The slingshot helps me get past a plateau when I hit a wall by allowing me to over max at the end of a workout. I prefer the slingshot to chains and it's a great compliment to my bands.

It’s a great tool in my gym bag

I’m 55 years old and have been lifting for a long time. Recently, I took three weeks off from the gym to let my shoulder heal.
