Outstanding product extremely supportive but not overly supportive where you feel like that is doing the work for you I specifically use them for squatting however they are very good for any other type of leg work that you are doing or if you have any type of knee issues as they allow you need to work properly but protect it with stability

The slingshot is worth every penny! Not only does it help me with my heavy lifts but it also keeps me in proper form to prevent injury! Which at my age it's very important! They work fine. They don’t have the spring board affect like it does for chest, but they’re OK.

I'm a 72 year old competitive powerlifter. Weigh 155 and a bench of 200. The slingshot helps me get past a plateau when I hit a wall by allowing me to over max at the end of a workout. I prefer the slingshot to chains and it's a great compliment to my bands.

It’s a great tool in my gym bag

I’m 55 years old and have been lifting for a long time. Recently, I took three weeks off from the gym to let my shoulder heal.
