The slingshot is not what I thought. What a tremendous tool to have in your arsenal. The security it provides while benching allows you to push weights you normally wouldn’t. Especially when working out alone. I use safety bars, but the support from the slingshot gives allows me to push it as far as I am comfortable. I do not do one rep max attempts by myself, but I am using higher than normal weight when working out. I have seen this product for a long time and I regret not getting it sooner.

Shipping was great as well as there support AI team. Elbow sleeves are great for a push workout and for all workouts. I recommend every man 35+ invest in the elbow sleeves for support.

The slingshot was a nice surprise! Was not sure how it would work but with experiencing shoulder discomfort, it has helped by keeping my elbows in (better form) and allowing to increase the number of repetitions or increase weight (strength).

get teh Max (balck)- i got both the max and regular (Red) and the red is just not built the same quality as the max. this is one is good and you can do more with it
