We absolutely love the Mark and Day Christne Black Coffee Table, it’s stunning! The rich black and white marble looks so beautiful and adds a touch of elegance to our space. I had requested a delivery delay since I was going to be out of town, and customer service was incredibly accommodating and helpful. When the table arrived, there was a minor issue, and the team was AMAZING in resolving it quickly and professionally. Great quality and even better service, highly recommend!

We received two 4 x 6 area rugs along with a 9 x 12 rug and a mirror. All items came well packaged; however these two rugs are not lying flat, despite my putting large heavy books on them for days. My main complaint about my order was the total lack of communication regarding delivery status. We never knew when it was arriving until we received a call from a delivery driver 30 minutes before delivery, which was three weeks or more after ordering the items. We were out of town so had our grandson receive items. Mark and Day were great at taking our money but nonresponsive and irresponsible from that point on. Would hesitate to order anything from you again. You continue to be nonresponsive, as I have placed a survey for each item, commenting on your poor communication, and ironically have heard nothing back.

It is a beautiful rug, stunning. The quality is great, and it is heavy, 95 lbs. Having said this tho, it is by no means “Navy. ” It is closer to a deep teal. Soooo disappointing.

Great rug! It’s taking a bit to get the creases out but it is beautiful and vacuums up nicely. Colors were right on! Delivery took about a week - arrived wrapped and well,protected. No complaints at all.
