Still haven't gotten my rug and I have called Mark & Day twice and the carrier. Very frustrating. It says it should have been delivered.

I love my rugs. They are perfect. Color and size exactly what I ordered. The only issue if they the rolled up end has been difficult to get to lay down. I bought carpet tape to get it to stay flat.

The rug is thick and a nice quality for the price. Colors are as pictured but I did purchase a sample prior to buying the large rug. There was a delay with receiving the product - it sat at the shipping depot for over a week, but as soon as I contacted customer service the issue was resolved. Customer service was very helpful and responded promptly to my inquiry with an update and next steps. I received a call the next day to schedule delivery. Delivery driver was professional and arrived in specified window.

Wool rug looks great!

This table is so gorgeous. The wood is like velvet and the perfect color. Sometimes mango wood can be a little rustic. The color is not too dark not too light not too warm not too gray. It’s solid and heavy and huge and such good quality. It comes in two pieces and assemble is a piece of cake. I wish I could even explain how pretty this table is. I’m so happy. And the shipping and customer service were top notch.

The rug is beautiful and of excellent quality. I was very pleased with the colors and the excellent service. The rug arrived on time and was securely packaged. I will order another rug in the near future.

The rug has bald spots where you can clearly see the plastic mesh, leading me to believe the glue job was shoddy. It also sheds worse than any rug I’ve had, which adds to my belief in a bad glue application. But it looks nice so for the time being I’ll put up with it, I’m sure I won’t get the life out of this that I was hoping for.
