The website is buggy when placing orders - particularly ribbon orders. The site doesn't load well. Checkout was just as problematic. Had to go through the checkout process 3 times before the order actually submitted. It took close to an hour to complete the checkout process for a ribbon order with 5 custom ribbons. These glitches are frustrating enough for me to look for another product supplier.

I was able to order what I needed online and it was delivered quickly and personally handed to me.
