I ordered custom badge ribbons from Marco Promos for DragonCon, and they turned out great! The company provided a design proof before printing and was very patient while I made several revisions. Their customer service was friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. The ribbons arrived only two days after the estimated delivery date, and the quality was excellent. I order a few different ribbons. All but one came out great looking like the proofs they showed. The one that didn't, it seems a rejected proof got used instead of the approved one. But they were willing to work quickly and made sure the replacement one they sent looked good. All within time for the event I needed them for. They were all shipped out quickly, a bit of issue with UPS putting them on the wrong truck which caused a bit of delay for the replacement package. But it still arrived before the event date due to Marco working quickly and getting the replacement ribbons out so quickly.
