I got my items on time (color appeared a bit different than it shows online--and I have 2 different monitors and it didn't look like either). Having a pantone color so I can tell what this will be would have helped

I order a few different ribbons. All but one came out great looking like the proofs they showed. The one that didn't, it seems a rejected proof got used instead of the approved one. But they were willing to work quickly and made sure the replacement one they sent looked good. All within time for the event I needed them for. They were all shipped out quickly, a bit of issue with UPS putting them on the wrong truck which caused a bit of delay for the replacement package. But it still arrived before the event date due to Marco working quickly and getting the replacement ribbons out so quickly.

The best part of my experience was from start to finish it was an easy process. I like being able to see the sample within 24 hours which expedited being able to place the order and receiving it within days. The product and quality were great.
